"We absolutely love our Oelo lighting system. Keaton explained the installation process perfectly and the installation was done very professionally and in a timely manner. He spent time after the installation making sure we didn't have any questions about the operation of the lights. He asked us to make sure we contacted him if we needed any help at all. Recently, we had to upgrade our new internet router and the router wasn't sending a signal to our Oelo controller box. (A router issue and not an Oelo issue). Keaton came over after hours (on a Sunday!) and figured out how to get our router to 'talk to' the controller box. In this day and age you don't find customer service like this very often. We have scheduled Crystal Clear to clean our windows and gutters and we are sure those services will be exemplary as well!"
